I was just... overwhelmed, I guess with the thought of what could happen.

But, I did take some deep breaths, and the writing it down helped a lot. (I almost erased it, but then thought... no, it's the truth of that moment, so it belongs.)

She's getting some pain control, which is good, but she's heavily sedated, which is a little bit scary. We're taking things one day, one minute, at a time.

I thank you for your thoughts and prayers: They mean so much to me, especially right now.

I meant to include the link to the shower coma posts: I'll try to do that right now.

Much Love!Never That Easyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04008749218695113192noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17043579.post-33116756907516274842008-01-12T22:20:00.000-05:002008-01-12T22:20:00.000-05:00I'm so sorry about your Nana. Being scared is ok but letting fear overwhelm you is detrimental to you, your piece of mind, your body, your disease. I understand exactly what you mean about fear but things will progress whether you're terrified or not. I know. If you can find something you can control, anything, it will help. Praying helps me. Even if you're not sure praying will help you might be suprised how it calms you down.

What's a shower coma?

I love you and you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.Crazed Nitwithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09433413927453925851noreply@blogger.com
